Yes& Marketing Agency, a cutting-edge marketing and branding agency, was looking to expand into a new 8,500-SF office space. The project included a complete renovation with an open office concept that was conducive to inspirational designs for employees. J2H worked with the architect and Yes& to develop collaborative work areas for both employees and clients. Their space now reflects the open environment and creative vision.

Managed the development of a 250,000+ square-foot, 36MW data center, overseeing project delivery for a state-of-the-art facility designed with industry-leading efficiency and sustainability features.

Building on our established partnership, J2H was proud to continue supporting Vantage Data Centers by providing project management services to oversee and coordinate capital improvement projects across their data centers and campuses. This phase of our collaboration included close coordination with subcontractors and subject matter experts, ensuring each project upheld Vantage’s standards for quality and achieved their business objectives.

This project involved converting a former retail store into a 10,500-SF early education and childcare facility. The space has nine classrooms, an indoor gym, a commercial kitchen, and an outdoor playground. The exterior upgrades included a new parking lot and updated facade. The facility is equipped with access control and a comprehensive camera system to ensure safety.
