Tierra Encantada - Arlington

This project involved converting a former retail store into a 10,500-SF early education and childcare facility. The space has nine classrooms, an indoor gym, a commercial kitchen, and an outdoor playground. The exterior upgrades included a new parking lot and updated facade. The facility is equipped with access control and a comprehensive camera system to ensure safety. This project marks the third Tierra Encantada daycare facility the J2H team has worked on. The project was awarded a NAIOP 2025 Award of Excellence for Best of Adaptive Re-Use.
