1210 Massachusetts Avenue

The project involved a 125,000-SF 13-story luxury apartment building located on a tight urban site in downtown Washington, DC. It included 142 units and an underground parking garage.  The architect for the project was WDG Architects and Tompkins Builders acted as the general contractor. The total project cost was $37 million.
