<p id="">J2H provided Owner's Representation on major luxury hospitality properties across the United States and in the Caribbean. The projects included renovations to resort guestrooms and corridors, public spaces and restaurants, and exterior amenity spaces. J2H Partners assisted in the formation of the design and construction teams, managed the entitlement, design, FF&amp;E procurement process, and oversaw all construction. J2H became a trusted partner that was able to deliver next level resorts that were ahead of their time. </p>

<p id="">Holistic Industries, one of the largest multi-state private cannabis grow, process, and dispensary companies enlisted J2H to manage the design and construction of their first out of the ground vertical grow and process facility in Madison Heights, just north of Detroit. The 65,000 SF state-of-the-art facility includes grow rooms, dry rooms, laboratories, a kitchen, customer and employee facilities, and a retail provisioning center.</p><p id="">‍</p>

<p id="">DSC Partners, a commercial real estate investment group, engaged J2H Partners to provide owner's representation services to help with the delivery of their Deepwater Industrial Park investment in Richmond, VA. The first project was a 1.2 million square foot out-of-the-ground build distribution center. It was completed on time and on budget despite ongoing supply chain issues as well as inflation in the labor and materials market. The space was delivered to Lowe’s Corporate in September 2022. </p><p id="">Based on the success of the initial project, two additional flex industrial warehouse projects were added. One is a $12M, 120,000 square foot project that was completed in March 2023, while the other is a $20M, 200,000 square foot project that was completed in May 2023.</p>

<p id="">Converged Security Solutions was looking for a partner to help with their Headquarters relocation to Reston, VA. CSS engaged J2H Partners as an advisor first to help them find the right brokerage partner for their needs. Once they secured their broker and the right space, J2H worked with the architect and general contractor to build a new Headquarters that could adapt to their changing business needs, while accommodating for special requirements based on the COVID-19 pandemic. &nbsp;</p><p id=""> &nbsp; </p>

<p id="">J2H was selected by Cresco Labs to provide project management services on their new cannabis processing facility in Ellenville, New York. The project involved converting a 50,000 SF shell space into a high-grade cannabis processing facility, including labs and a commercial grade kitchen. </p>

<p id="">J2H collaborated with our partners to oversee the installation of enhanced security for CloudHQ, a global data center company. Our responsibilities included reviewing the design, construction, and accreditation of all security requirements at one of their facilities located on a large data center campus in Northern Virginia. We thoroughly examined the drawings to ensure the ICD705 and tempest measures aligned with the client’s needs. During the construction phase, our team conducted field inspections to oversee the installation of specific aspects of the secure environment. In addition, J2H reviewed submittals, developed the Construction Security Plans (CSP), and conducted meetings with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive documentation for accreditation purposes.</p><p id="">‍</p>
