Fine Fettle, a privately owned multi-state cannabis grow, process, and dispensary company hired J2H to oversee the project management of their new medical cannabis dispensary in Smyrna, GA. This will be Fine Fettle's first medical cannabis dispensary in Georgia, located in Cobb County. The project involved collaborating with HD2 Design, K2 Engineering, rand Construction, and E2E Technology to convert a former dog daycare facility into a fully functional medical cannabis dispensary. The renovations included selective demolition, new finishes, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing upgrades, and security installations such as surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems. Fine Fettle plans to expand in Georgia, with upcoming locations in Athens, Decatur, Evans, Macon, and Peachtree Corners.</p>
Macon, GA
<p id="">Fine Fettle, a privately owned multi-state cannabis grow, process, and dispensary company, hired J2H to be their owner’s representative throughout the construction of their largest vertical grow and process facility, to date. Located in Macon, Georgia, the 115,000 SF state-of-the-art facility was completed in 15 months and includes eight large grow rooms with dual-tiered cultivation racks and integrated LED lighting, veg rooms, a mother room, and a propagation room, as well as post-harvest dry rooms, trim rooms, a science laboratory, and a distribution area.</p>
Bloomfield, CT
<p id="">Fine Fettle, a privately owned multi-state cannabis grow, process, and dispensary company, hired J2H to be their development and project manager for the design and construction of their latest vertical grow and process facility, a 45,000 SF state-of-the-art project in Bloomfield, Connecticut. When complete, the facility will include six large grow rooms with dual-tiered cultivation racks and LED lighting, veg rooms, a mother room, and a propagation room as well as post-harvest dry rooms, trim rooms, a science laboratory, distribution area, and the new company office headquarters.</p><p id=""></p>
Manassas, VA
<p id="">Vigilant, a CSS company, looked to relocate its office and warehouse from Lorton, VA to Manassas, VA. The project consisted of renovating the base building to accommodate relocated employees and a complete renovation of the 2nd-floor to allow for additional employees from their accounting and engineering teams. On the ground floor, eVigilant created a new and functional warehouse that allowed more storage of products. J2H coordinated with the project teams to deliver a seamless relocation and enabled the client to move in the space on-time.</p>
Various Locations
<p id="">DSC Partners, a real estate investment company, desired owner’s representation services in Washington, D.C. and Southern Virginia. DSC selected J2H Partners to assist in tenant and capital improvements on multiple flex/industrial properties while also providing owners representation with DSC current tenants. J2H’s relationship with and commitment to DSC Partners allowed them to expand into more regions and acquire more properties for their portfolio.</p><p id=""></p>
Arlington, Virginia
<p>The project involved extensive renovations to a 645 room hotel, over a three year period. Renovations were made to the FF&E, guestrooms and suites, main lobby and bar, lower lobbies and meeting rooms, front desks, and the rotating "Sky Lounge". A new Grab & Go quick food venue was constructed along with a new porte cohere and front entry. The project also involved new exterior signage, lighting, and landscaping. The total cost of the project was $18 million.</p>
