The project involved extensive renovations to a 645 room hotel, over a three year period. Renovations were made to the FF&E, guestrooms and suites, main lobby and bar, lower lobbies and meeting rooms, front desks, and the rotating "Sky Lounge". A new Grab & Go quick food venue was constructed along with a new porte cohere and front entry. The project also involved new exterior signage, lighting, and landscaping. The total cost of the project was $18 million.
