Connecticut Grow & Process Facility

Fine Fettle, a privately owned multi-state cannabis grow, process, and dispensary company, hired J2H Partners to be their owner’s representative and project manager for the design and construction of their latest vertical grow and process facility, a 45,000 SF state-of-the-art project in Bloomfield, Connecticut. It will include six large grow rooms with dual-tiered cultivation racks and LED lighting, veg rooms, mother room, and propagation room as well as post-harvest dry rooms, trim rooms, a science laboratory, distribution area and the new company office headquarters.
