Converged Security Solutions was looking for a partner to help with their Headquarters relocation to Reston, VA. CSS engaged J2H Partners as an advisor first to help them find the right brokerage partner for their needs. Once they secured their broker and the right space, J2H worked with the architect and general contractor to build a new Headquarters that could adapt to their changing business needs, while accommodating for special requirements based on the COVID-19 pandemic.
