<p id="">Shinnecock Indian Nation, a federally recognized Native American Tribe, in partnership with TILT Holdings and Conor Green, enlisted J2H to oversee the design and construction of the first tribally-owned and operated cannabis dispensary in Shinnecock, NY. Working in collaboration with the design and construction teams, we led the project management of the newly constructed two-story mass timber 6,627 SF facility. The new space was consciously designed with the tribe in mind and features elements reflective of the Shinnecock Nation such as cedarwood, native plants, and natural stone. </p>

<p id="">J2H Partners was enlisted by Liberty Cannabis, one of the largest private multi-state cannabis companies, to manage the design and construction of a new cannabis retail space in St. Louis, MO. Working closely with urban-gro, Inc. (2WR + Partners), Spiegelglass Construction Company, and Craftworks USA (Rycon Millwork), this project involved structural improvements, space planning, interior design, and a total exterior makeover for our client. Together, the team transformed a former neighborhood bar and restaurant into a vibrant medical cannabis dispensary in a historic district of St. Louis.</p>

Liberty Cannabis, one of the largest private multi-state cannabis companies, brought J2H on board to help with the addition of a new cannabis retail location in San Francisco, CA. We worked alongside AD+Associates, Premier Structures Inc. and Craftworks USA (Rycon Millwork) on this project, together refurbishing and remodeling a 2,500 SF historic San Francisco Rowhouse into a state-of-the-art cannabis medical dispensary.</p>

Liberty Cannabis, one the largest private multi-state cannabis companies, engaged J2H to support the renovation of their new retail space in Oxon Hill, MD. Working with AD+ Associates, Chesapeake Design Group, &nbsp;Pizzano Contractors, CMS Engineering, and Craftworks USA (Rycon Millwork), we revitalized an existing medical office complex with a complete redesign including high-end millwork and full roof replacement.</p>

<p id="">Liberty Cannabis, one of the largest private multi-state cannabis companies, engaged J2H to provide project management services for their new dispensary in Madison Heights, MI. Working with the team from DesignTeam Plus and Rycon Construction, Inc., we provided design and construction management for this fully vertical facility, incorporating the dispensary into the grow and process operations. J2H has become a trusted partner of Liberty Cannabis, managing cannabis projects nationwide.</p>

<p id="">KeyW consolidated their Northern Virginia operations to enable a change in their culture and modernization through best in class design. J2H Partners was brought in to support the project from business case development through post-occupancy. The&nbsp;46,000-SF office space went from concept to design, to fully built in about 10 months. We ensured the project included the right design and space to support KeyW's culture while still staying within the project's budget.&nbsp;</p>
