Shinnecock Indian Nation, a federally recognized Native American Tribe, in partnership with TILT Holdings and Conor Green, enlisted J2H to oversee the design and construction of the first tribally-owned and operated cannabis dispensary in Shinnecock, NY. Working in collaboration with the design and construction teams, we led the project management of the newly constructed two-story mass timber 6,627 SF facility. The new space was consciously designed with the tribe in mind and features elements reflective of the Shinnecock Nation such as cedarwood, native plants, and natural stone.
