Little Beach Harvest

Shinnecock Indian Nation, a federally recognized Native American Tribe, in partnership with TILT Holdings and Conor Green, enlisted J2H Partners to oversee the project management of the first tribally owned and operated cannabis dispensary in Shinnecock, NY. Working in collaboration with the design and construction teams, J2H led the project management of the newly constructed two-story mass timber 6,627 square foot cannabis dispensary. The space features elements reflective of the Shinnecock Nation including cedar wood, native plants and natural stone.
