Pittsburgh Grow and Process Facility

One of the largest multi-state private cannabis grow, process, and dispensary companies, expanded their operations in New Castle just north of Pittsburgh in southwestern Pennsylvania. J2H Partners was brought on to manage the 23,000 SF expansion of their cultivation operations which included the construction of ten additional flower rooms, two dry rooms, and a set of restrooms along with a two-million-dollar 138kV electrical substation that involved coordination with the state utility commission and local power company. J2H Partners is currently working with the client to design and manage additional phases which will include additional grow rooms, new post-harvest rooms, dry and trim rooms, expanded kitchen, and new personnel entrance.
