Holistic Industries, one of the largest multi-state private cannabis grow, process, and dispensary companies, involved J2H in the project management of phases 3 and 4 of their Project in Capitol Heights, MD. Phase 3 included the design and construction of their second-floor grow operation while Phase 4 required the redesign of the first-floor warehouse grow operation, office, reception area, and laboratories. The J2H team not only managed the redesign and construction of this project but also the owner-purchased equipment. What started as a shell space was turned into a complete grow operation and opened in May of 2022.
