The project involved construction for a Level IV security project started in the fall of 2014, with completion in the spring of 2014. Working with Davis Construction (general contractor) and DVA (architect) we delivered the project on schedule and within budget. The project won the NOVA NAIOP 2016 Award of Excellence. The total cost was approximately $60 million.
