Quick Background

John has an impressive 30-year track-record managing all types of design, construction and real estate projects throughout the U.S, and around the world. He has led several teams for First Potomac and SAIC, developing and renovating numerous buildings, as well as managing the tenant improvement and move-in process for over 800 clients. John helps his clients establish clear goals and strategies to set a well-defined course of action at the beginning of every project. He then manages to the highest standards of delivery, so his clients get exactly what they expect.

John serves on the Penn State College of Engineering Industry and Professional Advisory Council as chairman of Architectural Engineering and holds memberships with NAIOP, the Urban Land Institute, the American Institute of Constructors, and the pediatric cancer charitable organization Connor Cures. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree in Construction Engineering and Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
