Managing Director
Jessica Buchta's career spans 20 years in real estate planning, design, and project management. She has managed large scale capital intensive projects including both LEED Silver and Gold mixed use commercial developments as well as MEP intensive projects such as data centers, labs and higher education facilities with project costs ranging from $35M - $360M. Her diverse perspective, achieved through leading teams from multiple sides of real estate, development, and construction, has given her the experience to successfully manage complicated projects to completion.
Jessica is a proud graduate of Penn State, holding both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Architectural Engineering specializing in Construction Management. She is an avid runner and loves to read in her free time. She currently resides in Richmond, VA with her husband Dan, two kids, Jack and Sophie, and dog Monty.
