The project involved a luxury apartment with 140 units. The apartment floors sat on top of an existing 7 story office building, so construction had to be planned carefully to ensure safety and minimize impact to the office floors. The apartments were converted to condominiums after the project was completed. The architect was WDG Group and the general contractor was Clark Construction.
