Quick Background

Jerry has over 30 years of global real estate advisory, planning, project management, and owner representation expertise. His broad range of project experience includes general administrative offices; property development and repositioning; multi-tier critical environments as well as healthcare and biotech facilities.

During his career, Jerry has managed projects that range from 1,000 to more than 1.5 million square feet with individual budgets in excess of $850 million. He’s provided strategy and project execution services for many Fortune 500 corporations, including IMF and The World Bank. Jerry is sought after for his project management processes and programs, which focus on reducing risk and increasing sustainability, predictability and repeatability – resulting in energy savings, higher quality and economies of scale.

He is a member of the board of the pediatric cancer charitable organization Connor Cures. Jerry studied Interior Design/Engineering at the University of Alabama Huntsville, holds Project Management Institute (PMI®) certification from George Mason University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
